CHARLOTTE, NC and LONDON--(Marketwire - December 23, 2010) - TITAN Technology Partners, a provider of global outsourced solutions, today announced the appointment of Sarju Shah as senior vice president of Delivery for TITAN GPS in Europe. TITAN GPS -- Global People Solutions -- is the company's unique flagship offering that leverages the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solution in concert with TITAN's comprehensive range of services, which includes IT Outsourcing and Global HRO.
In his new role, Shah will be responsible for all aspects of TITAN's GPS delivery including strategy, tactical project delivery, and managed service for system and infrastructure, as well as client business process management. He will oversee talent acquisition and development and coordinate operations with TITAN's global service centers.
Shah has more than 17 years of Oracle applications experience. He was one of the founding partners of Application Lynx, an Oracle HCM implementation firm that was subsequently acquired by TITAN. He has extensive expertise in Oracle's eBusiness suite including core HR, payroll, learning and talent management, recruitment, financial products and Fusion middleware. Located in TITAN's London offices, Shah has been the functional and technical lead on teams responsible for global implementations of the entire HCM suite.
