Titan Uranium Inc. Appoints Brian Reilly as President, Philip Olson as Chairman

SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN--(CCNMatthews - April 10, 2007) - The Board of Directors of Titan Uranium Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TUE)(TSX VENTURE:TUE.WT.A) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian A. Reilly to the position of President, effective immediately. With a wealth of experience in developing and producing uranium projects in Canada and abroad, Mr. Reilly enriches Titan's already impressive technical team and is well suited to assist the Company in its next phase of exploration and growth. For the past eleven years, he has worked with AREVA Resources Canada in various capacities in Canada and France, including a two year assignment with AREVA NC, in the parent company's business development group. Mr. Reilly holds a BSc (Geol) from St. Francis Xavier University, a MSc from Brock University and a MBA from the University of Saskatchewan.

"He brings a strong business background coupled with extensive uranium experience in a variety of deposit types. Concurrent with Mr. Reilly's appointment, Titan announces the appointment of Philip E. Olson to the position of Chairman in addition to his duties as Chief Executive Officer, replacing Arni Johannson, Founder and Director. Titan's Board and management wish to thank Mr. Johannson for his leadership and vision in the Company's launch and subsequent growth. Mr. Johannson will remain a Director of Titan and will continue his close association with the Company in an advisory capacity.
