Titanium Corporation Announces Resignation of a Director


EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 1, 2012) - Titanium Corporation Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TIC) today announced the resignation of Mr. C. Bruce Burton as a Director of the Company effective May 31, 2012. Mr. Burton has been a Director for Titanium Corporation Inc. for four and one half years. Mr. Gordon Pridham, Chairman of the Board of the Directors on behalf of the Company thanks Mr. Burton for his service and contribution to the Company.

The number of Directors on the Board will be reduced to seven.
