Titanium Transportation Group Announces Outsourcing of North Bay Mechanic Shop

WOODBRIDGE, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 27, 2016) - Titanium Transportation Group Inc. ("Titanium" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TTR) is pleased to announce that the Company has outsourced its on-site North Bay mechanic shop to Lewis Motor Sales Inc. ("Lewis Motors"). The mechanic shop was acquired as part of the previously announced acquisition of ProNorth Transportation.

Lewis Motors is a third-party franchise truck dealer, founded in 1941 with operations in Barrie, Collingwood, North Bay, Newmarket and Owen Sound.

The lease for the on-site third-party mechanic shop commences May 1, 2016.
