TitleMatch Announces New Strategic Partner

Primera Technology Joins TitleMatch DVD On-Demand Alliance

COMMACK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 26, 2007 --TitleMatch Entertainment Group, a subsidiary of Protocall Technologies Incorporated (OTCBB: PCLI) and developer of the world's first CSS enabled DVD On-Demand system for retailers, and Primera Technology, Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of automated CD, DVD and Blu-ray Disc™ (BD) duplication systems, today announced a strategic partnership to integrate Primera DVD duplicators in TitleMatch DVD On-Demand services.

TitleMatch will integrate Primera's® entry-level DVD duplicators for use with a new TitleMatch DVD On-Demand™ service targeted at a wide range of lower-volume retail locations including convenience stores, drug store chains, grocery chains and highway travel centers. TitleMatch will integrate Primera duplicators and software for use at retailers with large numbers of stores, but whose unit sales of DVDs range from one to 10 per day.

"We are thrilled to be working with TitleMatch," said Mark Strobel, Primera Technology's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "TitleMatch is opening a whole new channel of distribution for DVD movies that is a perfect match for our duplicators. In particular, our entry-level systems can help retailers with even modest sales achieve a fast return on their investment."

"Primera maintains a strong reputation for technological expertise," said Syd Dufton, President of TitleMatch Entertainment. "Primera's line of entry-level duplicators opens up a whole new target audience for our DVD On-Demand services. We consider Primera a great addition to the growing alliance of industry leaders who are now supporting our DVD on-demand service."

The TitleMatch DVD On-Demand service enables movie studios and retailers to burn video content directly in stores and at website distribution centers at the time orders are placed. For online orders, consumers browse and select available titles from an e-tailer's website with orders produced at product distribution centers or store locations by using the system's TitleMatch Factory. At retail stores, consumers can browse and select available products from multi-media touch-screen display terminals located on the sales floor. Orders are produced behind the counter on the TitleMatch Factory by store personnel in minutes.

About TitleMatch Entertainment

A division of Protocall Technologies Incorporated (OTCBB: PCLI), TitleMatch Entertainment Group is the innovator of on-demand content distribution. Its flagship TitleMatch DVD On-Demand™ system allows retailers to burn brand-name CD and DVD products at their stores and website distribution centers. The company's proprietary systems enable retailers to reduce their reliance on costly physical inventory, expand their selection of products, eliminate shrinkage and out-of-stock situations, speed time to market for new products and improve their operating margins with minimal space requirements. In January 2007, TitleMatch unveiled a first of its kind DVD On-Demand system with CSS (Content Scramble System) encryption, the same content protection scheme used on mass-produced discs and incorporated into all DVD players.
