TmaxSoft Appoints Joshua Yulish as U.S. CEO and President

20-Year High-Tech Veteran Joins TmaxSoft From Hewlett-Packard and Mercury Interactive to Lead Company's Aggressive U.S. Expansion

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Oct 5, 2015) - TmaxSoft, a multinational software innovator focused on infrastructure and data modernization, today announced the appointment of Joshua Yulish as TmaxSoft Inc. U.S. Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Yulish, a 20-year veteran in software and high tech industries, served most recently at Hewlett-Packard as vice present of business enablement, a core function of HP's $28 billion enterprise growth, software sales and service divisions.

At HP, Mr. Yulish led a global team responsible for creating and executing the enablement strategy for the Enterprise Group and partner base. In that role, he supported 50,000 employees and $28 billion in revenue across sales, services, R&D, and partner community. Before Hewlett-Packard, he held down a series of executive positions at Mercury Interactive where he worked with field leadership to put sales, customer and partner programs in place. During his 10 years at Mercury Interactive, the company grew from $40 million to almost $1 billion in revenue.

Mr. Yulish will lead TmaxSoft during its full launch in the U.S. market from TmaxSoft headquarters in Chicago.
