TmaxSoft Opens San Francisco Office, Appoints Ed Franklin VP Global Marketing

Former Oracle and Fujitsu America Executive Has Strong Enterprise Software Marketing Background With Specialty in Direct and Partner Outreach Initiatives

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 3, 2015) - TmaxSoft, Inc., a multinational technology innovator focused on infrastructure software, today announced an expanded North American presence as it opens a new West Coast field office in San Francisco.

Additionally, Ed Franklin, former Oracle and Fujitsu America marketing executive, was appointed VP Global Marketing. At Oracle, Franklin led outbound strategy for the company's hardware used in cloud, database, and infrastructure markets, achieving industry-high x86 hardware margins. Earlier in his career he helped launch RSA Data Security and took Segue Software public. TmaxSoft provides data management and data modernization alternatives for the enterprise as they modernize and re-architect for the cloud.

The new San Francisco Office is located in the historic Russ Building at 235 Montgomery Street in San Francisco's financial district. TmaxSoft expects to locate 10 to 15 employees at the San Francisco location over the next year, with additional growth planned for the years following.
