TMP Worldwide Expands Leadership Team With Two New Regional Vice Presidents

Amy Eckert and Todd Pierce Bring Extensive Customer Relationship Management and Business Outreach Experience to Two Major U.S. Regions

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2014) - TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC, a global, tech-enabled talent acquisition company, has announced the addition of two proven leaders to head two key regions in the U.S. In response to increasing demand for the company's industry-leading talent acquisition solutions, which help employers attract, engage and hire top talent, Amy Eckert and Todd Pierce have been named Regional Vice Presidents of TMP's Midwest and Northwest regions.

Based in Chicago, Amy will oversee the company's Midwest operations, which includes the Chicago, Detroit and Minneapolis offices. Todd will take oversee the Northwest, working from the company's Seattle office.

Amy Eckert leverages nearly two decades of business development experience, having managed marketing efforts for industry-leading companies like Unilever, McDonald's and Intel. She also possesses a broad range of client leadership experience across strategy, digital marketing, integrated communications, global account management, and business development. Prior to TMP, Amy was managing partner, Group Account director for MediaCom, global director of Media Strategy Creative Integration for OMD and associate director of Media Strategy for DDB. In addition, she holds a BS in Business Management from Purdue University.

Throughout his career, Todd Pierce has gained significant experience and established a successful track record in account management and enterprise sales. Before joining TMP, he held numerous account management positions, serving as major account executive for Citrix, strategic account executive for Simply Hired and enterprise account executive for BNT. Additionally, he spent nearly five years as an enterprise sales manager for Monster, where he directed Sales and Account Management for 19 of the Fortune 1000 companies in the Pacific Northwest. Most recently, he was an HR/BPO Services Consultant for ADP. Pierce received a BA in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach.
