The hotel offers a series of entertainments to enhance the experiences of children at the hotel from the check-in counter and room facilities to kids menu and cooking class, all to take you and your little one on a memorable Ritz-Carlton journey in the hometown of Giant Panda.

Upon arrival at the Reception Lobby at Level 25, an exclusive Kids Check-in Counter with a plethora of lion and panda toys is set up to give kids a warm welcome. Every kid will receive a colorful check-in folder, including basic information on hotel exploration games for kids. After completing the games, the children get ice cream as a gift.

In the guestroom, the Chengdu 5 star hotel prepares a full set of washing supplies for children that include bathrobe, pajamas, crib, slippers, toothbrush, angle collision protector and socket with safety cover. For kids who like camping, we offer an in-house tent as well.
