SARNIA, ON--(Marketwired - Dec 9, 2015) - The following is an annual shareholder letter from Barry Lamperd of Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. (OTC PINK: LLLI).

My name is Barry Lamperd, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. We at Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. have worked extremely hard for the last four years making sure different countries around the world knew who we were and what we do, and we have been very successful in doing that.

At the present time we are in communication with several different countries (ten or twelve) talking to them about buying products from us. We have a country in Africa that wants to start with a two million dollar order ($2,000,000) that is in a closed tender offer now. We have a country in Asia that wants to start with a two and one half million dollar ($2,500,000) order that is in a closed tender offer now. We have several closed tender offers with the Canadian government that are waiting for the new administration to take over in 2016. We have another country that has approved our products for their entire peace force. They have told us that we will have a product testing order before December 31, 2015. That doesn't mean we will get it, but we believe it will come because we have confidence in our product. At the conclusion of their test, we should get a HUGE order. THEIR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS HAVE VISITED OUR PLANT, FIRED OUR WEAPONS AND AMMUNITION AND WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR QUALITY.
