TOA Technologies Expands Its Footprint in Europe

Completes the Acquisition of Its UK Distributor, Aboutime, a Leader in Next-Generation Workforce Management Solutions

LONDON--(Marketwire - March 3, 2011) - TOA Technologies, the only on-demand provider of enterprise class mobile workforce management and customer communication software solutions, has completed the acquisition of UK distributor, Aboutime, as part of its aggressive expansion activities in Europe. This acquisition marks another milestone for TOA, which has grown rapidly in the past 12 months, expanding its relationships with leading global brands in cable/broadband, telecom, home services, and retail delivery. TOA's solution now serves as the platform for managing more than 37 million annual appointments and deliveries.
