Toktumi CEO Peter Sisson Introduces SearchDialing(SM) at Emerging Communications Conference

Spotlighting Marriage of Search and Voice at Telecommunications Forum

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - February 28, 2008) - Veteran serial entrepreneur and Toktumi CEO Peter Sisson has been selected to speak at the new Emerging Communications Conference (eComm08) to discuss the potential impact of search dialing and pc-phone integration on telecommunications business models. His presentation, entitled "Search Dialing? Now you're talking!," takes place Thursday, March 13, 9:30am, and will address the convergence of search and voice features.

"The merger of the PC and the phone is inevitable," said Peter Sisson, CEO and founder of Toktumi Inc. "eComm08 offers an opportunity to spotlight the trends affecting the telecommunications market and how they will impact customers and service providers in the coming years."

Toktumi, a new small business phone system with big business features, was first announced in January. In addition to providing a full suite of business-class services such as auto attendant, conference calling, and voicemail, Toktumi also offers a first-of-its-kind feature called Search Dialing(SM), which taps address books and online search engines to allow users to call any number by entering a name or keyword describing the person, company, product or service for which they are looking. This feature is just one example of how the capabilities and convenience of voice services are enhanced as voice merges with the PC platform.

Toktumi phone service can either be used as a softphone directly from a PC, or connected to virtually any regular phone by adding an inexpensive adapter. A free version is available which provides a phone number, voicemail, and free calling and conferencing with other Toktumi users worldwide. Full service is $12.95 per month per line, enabling calls to most regular phones worldwide for only two cents per minute, and allows customers to select their phone numbers or port current numbers to Toktumi.
