The PC-based service offers an enterprise-grade, hosted office phone system for small businesses that can be set up in five minutes and supports the use of any regular corded, cordless, or speaker phone via Toktumi's Phone Adapter. Toktumi's latest release includes several enhancements:

--  Enhancements to Visual Voicemail, including voicemail to email;
--  Enhancements to multi-line office support and centralized billing, so
    customers can easily add lines and monitor usage from a single report;
--  Built-in call recording capabilities, improved call history access,
    and other UI improvements;
--  Number portability for customers who wish to move their existing phone
    number(s) to Toktumi.

Existing features include auto-receptionist, conferencing for up to 20 people, call forwarding, call transfer, call waiting, and Toktumi's unique feature, "search dialing." This taps into address books and online search engines to allow users to call any number by typing a name, company name or keyword describing the product or service for which they are looking.

Toktumi's monthly service fee is $12.95 per month for each line, which includes access to all features and can be cancelled at any time without obligation. Outbound calling costs two cents per minute to most phones worldwide. Unlike many competing services, inbound calls to Toktumi lines are free.
