TOLIMA GOLD INC. ("Tolima") (TSX VENTURE:TOM) announces that, further to its news release of July 16, 2014, it completed the divestiture of certain mining concessions and other assets in the Remedios and Segovia municipalities of Antioquia, Colombia to Wolverine Minerals Corp. for total consideration of $700,000 on July 31,2014.
