MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - April 17, 2014) - TomaGold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LOT) ("TomaGold" or the "Company") announces the granting, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, of 300,000 options to a director of the Company. Each option is exercisable at a price of $0.15 for a period of five years from the date of grant.
