The ReliaTel solution is a complete service assurance platform that helps managed service providers and enterprises proactively manage VoIP QoS, SIP Trunks, and UC network performance to meet their service level agreements, lower operational costs, and drive higher business ROI from their communications technologies. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with: Avaya Modular Messaging 5.2. ReliaTel uses the SNMP interfaces from the Avaya Modular Messaging system (Avaya Messaging Storage Server (MSS) and Avaya Messaging Application Server), to provide alarm monitoring.
