Tonino Lamborghini Objects to Recent Announcement

BOLOGNA, ITALY--(Marketwire - May 25, 2011) - Tonino Lamborghini s.r.l. wishes to comment on a recent press release issued by Blue Gold Beverages. Mr Gian Luca Filippi, CEO, says: "The Tonino Lamborghini Group announces that the contents of the recent press release 'Blue Gold Beverages Acquires the Exclusive Distribution Agreements for Lamborghini Energy Drinks', which also claims that Blue Gold Beverages is purchasing such rights from Epic Nutrition Canada, are false and unfounded."

"Neither Blue Gold Beverages Inc. nor Epic Nutrition Canada or Epic Nutrition USA have any right upon the Tonino Lamborghini Energy Drink, neither as distributor nor as trademark licensee, for the Canadian and US market."
