OPELOUSAS, LA--(Marketwired - September 26, 2016) - Tony Chachere's Famous Creole Cuisine has introduced a Steakhouse marinade -- the latest in its new line of 30-minute marinades. When added to steak, roast or other cuts of beef, it is long on flavor -- even if you're short on time.
The Steakhouse marinade features a robust blend of citrus, herbs and spices. The combination of pineapple, molasses, soy sauce, and brown sugar make for a citrusy finish that is quite pleasing, and appeals to a great range of palates.
"The Steakhouse marinade couldn't be easier to use," said Celeste Chachere, Director of Marketing and Public Relations. "You pour it over your cut of choice, cover, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and prepare as desired. It was designed to be used by everyone -- from the home cook to the most experienced chef." Chachere added that, "They were developed to meet the demand of customers who wanted a product for everyday use."
"Our marinades are all geared toward a perfect and balanced flavor -- without overpowering the flavor of the meat of your choice," said Jude D. Tauzin, Tony Chachere's Corporate Chef. "They enable us to offer our customers products that can be used year-round. Best of all, they are very easy to use and make everything taste great."
Tauzin says that great care was put into the creation of the marinades. "Every Tony Chachere's product is about quality first," he explained. "That's why we never add MSG to our products. We have also reformulated the pourable marinades to remove all high fructose corn syrup from their recipes."
In addition to Steakhouse flavor, the new line includes Seafood and Wild Game in addition to the Beef, Chicken and Pork. Tony Chachere's marinades are available at grocery stores nationwide, and may also be purchased for food service customers by special order through Dot Foods.
