ToolsGroup Recognized as Top Technology Provider and Great Supply Chain Partner

Company Named to Supply & Demand Chain Executive's Top 100 & SupplyChainBrain's 100 Great Supply Chain Partners

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - September 8, 2009) - ToolsGroup, a global provider of demand-driven inventory optimization solutions, today announced that the company was recently named to Supply & Demand Chain Executive's Top 100 and to the 100 Great Supply Chain Partners list by SupplyChainBrain.

For the second year in a row, ToolsGroup was named to the Top 100 solution providers list by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine. The magazine, which annually receives more than 1,000 nominations for the list, selected 100 companies that have been proven, through real-world implementations, to address and solve pain points in the supply and demand chain, and produce a substantial return on investment.

ToolsGroup was selected to this year's list in recognition of its release of its innovative new "Rapid Inventory Rightsizing" (RIR) solution, which quickly reduces a company's working capital needs and eases the impact of tight working capital. Individual companies can typically expect to generate cash of between 10 and 30 percent of their inventory value, while either maintaining or improving customer service.

The company was also named to the 100 Great Supply Chain Partners list by SupplyChainBrain magazine (formerly Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management). The list was compiled during a six-month survey of the publication's readers who were asked to nominate vendors that have made a significant impact on their company's efficiency, customer service and overall supply chain performance. Among the comments received from ToolsGroup's nominations was that as a result of its solutions, "Improvements continued year after year."

"We are honored to be recognized by these publications as a great partner for companies that are looking to achieve outstanding customer service levels with less inventory," said Joseph Shamir, CEO of ToolsGroup. "Being named to these lists underscores ToolsGroup's ability to impact the bottom-line quickly and significantly."

For those attending the CSCMP 2009 Global Conference, September 20-23 in Chicago, ToolsGroup will be exhibiting in booth #601.
