Torbay Holdings, Inc. President & CEO to Deliver Regulatory Compliance Lecture at HP's Technology Forum

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 18, 2006 -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: TRBY) announced today that Tom Large, the company's President & CEO, will today deliver a lecture at the HP Technology meeting at the George R. Brown conference center in Houston, TX. The 75-minute presentation, listed in the "Regulatory Compliance" category of the event, is titled, "Section 508 Hardware Compliance: The Accessibility May Help Alleviate Disability Paradox."

The program abstract states: "The goals of the Section 508 law are to make electronic and information technology more accessible to persons with disabilities who are federal government employees, or utilize this technology in Federal facilities, participate in a technical review of applicable Section 508 operable controls and learn how they can be engineered into input device design."

The presentation will explain how designing for Section 508 compliance, while empowering persons with disability, also reduces the likelihood of the development of fatigue-related injury that can cause impairment and disability: hence the paradox. A glimpse at a second generation of Designer Appliance's Section 508 compliant mouse products will also be provided.
