Toronto Pictures Inc. (OTC Symbol: TPICF) Commences Trading of Its Stock on Pink Sheets

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2007 -- Toronto Pictures Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TPICF) announced today that its stock is now actively trading on the OTC Pink Sheets at The trading commenced on May 11, and on May 18, the Company toped the list of "Biggest Price Gainers over US $1.00" with a percentage increase of +1,700.

Toronto Pictures Inc. is PiggyBack Qualified. A "piggyback qualified" security is one that meets the frequency-of-quotation requirement described in SEC Rule 15c2-11(f)(3).

The Company, based on a conservative estimate by its management, projects earnings before Interest and taxes (EBIT) of US $39,000,000 by the end of 2010.

In its aim to create the most transparency for investors at this stage, Toronto Pictures elected to post its Annual 2006 and First Quarter 2007 Financial Statement on-line through the Pink Sheets' "Financial Reports" section together with its Adequate Information filing of its Form 15c2-11.

The Company is planning to become a reporting issuer and apply for an OTC Bulletin Board listing. A series of steps are being taken that will culminate in complete transparency as a fully reporting company listed on the OTCBB.
