Tougi Signs Contract for Recycled Steel

VANCOUVER, WA--(Marketwire - March 11, 2008) - Nettel Holdings, Inc.'s (OTCBB: NTTL) Tougi Division has signed a long-term contract for used steel HMS1 and 2 that will be shipped from Oregon and Washington at a rate of $300,000 per month.

The first shipment, one container, was shipped Monday. The goal is to ship 9-10 containers per week for this contract which should take about 7 weeks to accomplish.

The Australian steel order is moving forward and management is currently working out logistics details before shipment begins.

There are many other metals contracts being negotiated for copper, aluminum and more steel.

Tougi has received many new inquiries and proposals for other commodities, which are currently under review.
