Tour de France Brings Teams and Journalists to the Courtyard Toulouse Airport

The annual bike race is arguably the world's most famous, travelling through France each summer for a span of three weeks. This year's race takes place 29 June to 21 July and will cover a distance of 3,360km. Made up of 21 stages, the race includes seven flat stages, five hilly stages, six mountain stages with four summit finishes, two individual time-trial stages, one team time-trial stage and two rest days. The team time-trial, last carried out in 2011, will take place at the 4^th stage in Nice, and two individual time-trials will take place at the 11^th and 17^th stages. The highlight of this year's race, however, will be the climbing of Alpe-d'Huez -- twice -- at the 18^th stage.
