Toxin Alert Receives Second Military Contract

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 10, 2007) - Toxin Alert Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TOX), Port Graham Development Corporation and The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armament Command, Armament Research, Development & Engineering Center (ARDEC) announced the signing of a second US research contract which includes the development of Diagnostic Packaging Materials for a non-food related application. Development of food and medical related applications will also continue under this new contract. Work will be performed and supervised at the U.S. Army's Picatinny Arsenal (ARDEC) in New Jersey, Natick Labs in Massachusetts, Port Graham in Alaska and Toxin Alert at its headquarters in Toronto, ON, and its facility at The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. Any new developments or applications arising under this contract will be utilized by the U.S. Army for military and defense purposes and by Port Graham Development Corporation and Toxin Alert for commercial applications.
