TR Communications Changes Name to IPLogic, Inc.

New York State Technology Leaders Complete Integration of Two Companies, Unite Under a Single Brand

BUFFALO, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2006 -- TR Communications, Buffalo's leading communications technology solutions provider, has announced that it has changed its name to IPLogic. TR Communications and IPLogic of Albany, NY, merged on January 31, 2006 to deliver unified communications solutions to companies throughout Upstate and Western New York, New England, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. In addition to unifying the company under a single brand, the name change marks the completion of the integration of the two technology leaders.
