Tracebit Signs Content Services Agreement With Kalador Entertainment Inc.

LONDON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 26, 2007 -- MobileMail (US) Inc. (OTCBB: MBMU) is very pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tracebit Ltd, has entered into a distribution agreement for its premium mobile content with Kalador Entertainment Inc. (www.kalador.com), a leading provider and distributor of mobile entertainment solutions headquartered in British Columbia, Canada. This agreement provides Tracebit with access to a large audience of potential consumers of its products in North America and is integral to MobileMail's plan to be a developer, aggregator and seller of premium next generation bundled mobile products.

Kalador is a leading North American-based mobile phone Games and Entertainment Company that served in excess of 1.5 million customers during 2005. Kalador offers its customers access to premium mobile games and entertainment through its own web and mobile storefront as well as partnering with leading mobile phone game developers, distributors and publishers to maximize game revenues and customer entertainment value. According to Kalador, their online and mobile storefronts are growing rapidly with user subscriptions growing nearly 100% per month. MobileMail believes that direct sales to end users will in the future become even more important.

Very importantly, Kalador will also utilize Tracebit's games for in-game advertising, adding a very significant potential revenue stream to the traditional revenue model through targeted marketing in addition to exposure for newly developed products.

Tracebit has granted Kalador a license to sell Tracebit's games worldwide through Kalador's web sites, www.kalador.com and www.mobilerated.com. Kalador and Tracebit have agreed to a revenue share agreement for sales, rentals, subscriptions and in-game advertising revenues received by Kalador for Tracebit's products.

This transaction broadens Tracebit's customer base, especially in the strategic North American market providing Tracebit with access to Kalador's over 100,000 unique users per month with the potential to rapidly increase sales through this proven direct-to-consumer channel, especially considering the outstanding portfolio of content the company is in the process of assembling. Kalador is an excellent outlet for this branded and premium content. This agreement will increase Tracebit's North American presence by allowing those users to get access to Tracebit's content directly from Kalador's end-user Storefront.

"To have access to Kalador's storefront will help us serve customers in North America as well as the rest of the world by boosting their mobile experiences with our fun, easy to play, and addictive games," said Simon Ådahl, CMO, Tracebit Ltd. "I am very pleased to be working with Kalador, and I look forward to a fruitful business relationship."

Peter Ahman, CEO, adds, "The agreement signed with Kalador is the first in a range of agreements underlining the many and great benefits arising from the recent acquisition by MobileMail. It provides us with an exceptional opportunity to aggressively add content and distribution agreements. Kalador will give us a much better reach in the North American market. Kalador is the first of many new distribution agreements to be signed, and we are in addition diligently exploring further opportunities for mergers or acquisitions within the mobile industry, which in turn will further cement our foothold in North America. I am extremely excited with the new deals we are working on to help us quickly become the leading mobile content and service provider in both Europe and North America."
