Tracebit Signs Content Sourcing Agreement With Inlogic Software

LONDON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 5, 2007 -- MobileMail (US) Inc. (OTCBB: MBMU) is very pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tracebit Ltd, has entered into a Content Sourcing Agreement with Inlogic Software (, a Slovakia-based developer of premium games and applications for mobile phones. This agreement provides Tracebit with a license to sell and distribute mobile games and entertainment applications created by Inlogic Software, significantly extending the range of the existing portfolio to be sold through Tracebit's 150+ current sales and distribution channels providing an excellent opportunity to aggressively increase MobileMail's revenue in line with their ongoing expansion strategy.

Inlogic Software, based in Slovakia, is a young, independent and dynamically growing company developing games and applications for mobile phones. The company was established in 2002 with the aim to create top-class games for mobile phones. In the past 5 years, Inlogic has created 33 games for mobile phones, as well as made-to-order games and applications as outsourced assignments for other clients. Inlogic are continually adding new games to their own portfolio.

Tracebit has been granted a world-wide license to sell and distribute 33 mobile games, created by Inlogic Software through Tracebit's sales channels. Future games from Inlogic can be added to the agreement as they are developed. The revenues that arise from the sales through Tracebit's sales channels are shared between the parties. The agreement runs for the first 36 months, to be extended for 12-month periods after that.

This transaction broadens and expands the offering to Tracebit's clients all over the world, adding game genres that Tracebit hasn't had in its portfolio previously. As this in turn will increase sales, it is integral to MobileMail's plan to be a developer, aggregator and seller of premium next-generation bundled mobile products.
