TraceLink Relocates Worldwide Headquarters as Life Sciences Transformation Accelerates Staff Growth

NORTH READING, MA--(Marketwired - Mar 4, 2015) - TraceLink Inc., the leader in protecting patient safety and enabling health for global Life Sciences, today announced that the company has relocated its worldwide headquarters to 400 Riverpark Drive, North Reading, MA. The relocation, which took place earlier this week, nearly doubles TraceLink's office size with a newly renovated 30,000 square-foot space to accommodate the company's 127% staff growth in 2014, and projected 150% year-over-year staff growth for 2015.

"The Life Sciences industry is undergoing a massive transformation, as more than 40 countries around the world have instituted regulations that will protect 75% to 80% of global medicines from drug counterfeiting by 2018. This transformation has fueled our record financial and staff growth over the past two years, and we expect our business to continue to grow at an accelerated rate in 2015 and beyond," said Shabbir Dahod, president and CEO of TraceLink. "To support our customers and prospects who are seeking TraceLink solutions to help them through this transition, we've been hiring new talent at the rate of seven to eight people every month. Our new location provides us with the larger footprint that we need today, and the flexibility to more than double our size in 2015, which we fully expect to do."

The new TraceLink worldwide headquarters includes a customer demonstration and training area for hosting hands-on application workshops and seminars; a state-of-the-art multi-purpose room accommodating up to 250 people for a wide variety of industry, customer, and employee gatherings; and a flexible, open floor plan designed to allow outdoor light to fill employee workspace areas. To further promote open communication and collaboration, all TraceLink employees and senior executives work in cubes of equal size, allowing the company to upgrade more than 20 exterior-wall offices into conference rooms with modern A/V projection and conferencing capabilities. In addition, all employees will have access to both the on-site fitness and daycare centers located on the ground floor of 400 Riverpark Drive.

A pioneer in cloud networking and applications for Life Sciences, TraceLink was founded in 2009, and by the end of 2012, had only 25 employees. The company's Life Sciences Cloud is now the single largest online community for pharmaceutical supply chain trading partners, currently linking together more than 114,000 companies to exchange compliance information and deliver safe medicines to patients everywhere.
