A Proving Ground for Next-Wave of High-Speed Systems and Networks for Data Analytics

COLUMBUS, OH--(Marketwire - Jun 14, 2012) - Tracewell Systems today announced the opening of the industry's first proof-of-concept center of excellence focused on enabling next-generation high-speed network and server technology capable of processing large amounts of data at network speeds as high as 100 gigabits per second, enough bandwidth to allow a city of 1.8 million to download an e-book simultaneously in just over two minutes.

Tracewell Systems provides innovative design, engineering and manufacturing services to some of the nation's largest military, aerospace and commercial organizations, enabling them to deploy commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) technologies in the harshest computing environments. At the lab, clients will be able to experience first-hand the latest high-performance server and networking technologies and have them customized to fit their own individual solution requirements. These solutions can be designed to meet specific size, weight and power requirements for air, land and sea deployments.
