Trade Wings Continues Global Expansion With New Regional Headquarters in Sweden

Reuse Market Experts Address Growing Service Demand in Nordic Telecom Markets; Names Industry Veteran as Managing Director of Trade Wings AB

PORTSMOUTH, NH and STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN--(Marketwire - March 30, 2011) - Trade Wings today announced that it has established regional headquarters in Sweden, extending service and support to several large customers in the Nordic region, while increasing its ability to address rising demand for profitable Reuse frameworks within Northern European telecom markets. Based in Stockholm, Trade Wings AB today also announced the appointment of Ulla Neunzert as Managing Director.

As head of regional operations, Ms. Neunzert further strengthens Trade Wings' senior management team with nearly two decades of experience developing and leading profitable organizations. Prior to joining Trade Wings, Ms. Neunzert held senior management positions at several large, multi-national companies including Open Text and American Management Systems.

Expanding its global footprint and breadth of services, Trade Wings has experienced consistent growth over the past several years. With the introduction of Re:® software-enabled services for the creation of integrated Reuse Markets, the company helps telecom clients optimize the reverse logistics process to increase financial benefit and minimize the environmental impact of decommissioned network equipment not yet at the end of its useful life or revenue potential.

"Our team has developed an outstanding reputation in the Nordic region, including two recent contracts with Telenor Group to provide services in Norway and Sweden," said Mark Portu, President and COO of Trade Wings. "Through the agility of our services, we've also helped the region's largest telecom manufacturer achieve unprecedented savings through reuse-enabled supply chain operations."

"With rising demand for these services, we are delighted to add Stockholm to our growing list of global sales and support centers, and welcome Ulla to the management team. Her broad business and financial experience will ensure the continued profitability of customer operations," Portu added.

As the Nordic telecom market becomes more competitive and complex than previous, single-standard environments, the region is among those at the forefront of major infrastructure upgrades, including the introduction of 4G services in Sweden and Norway within the past year.

"The unprecedented technology turn-over resulting from these upgrades requires some of the region's largest service providers to balance the need for faster networks with associated financial and environmental liabilities," said Ms. Neunzert. "I am excited to be part of the team helping these providers ensure that usable material is fully visible and factored into the planning and provisioning decisions of other new or existing networks."
