TradeBeam's Graham R.F. Napier Named Pro to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine

For Third Year in a Row, TradeBeam's CEO Honored as Global Trade & Supply Management Provider

SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwire - March 17, 2008) - TradeBeam, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand Global Trade Management (GTM) software and services, today announced that President and CEO Graham R.F. Napier has been included in Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine's eighth-annual Provider Pros to Know, a listing of individuals who have a vision for the 21st century supply chain and have personally helped clients apply technology or processes to modernize their supply chains. Napier was included in the Global Trade & Supply Management category.

"This year's Provider Pros to Know have shown themselves to be thought leaders in their respective supply chain segments," said Andrew K. Reese, editor of Supply & Demand Chain Executive. "Their efforts in developing the tools and processes necessary for supply chain transformation, and in promoting new approaches to supply chain enablement, are helping raise the supply chain's status within the enterprise and have earned them a place on this year's Provider Pros listing."

TradeBeam's import and export solutions currently ensure compliance with the trade regulations of countries that represent 90 percent of worldwide trade. More than $2 billion in Letters of Credit are processed through TradeBeam's applications for financial services each year. TradeBeam recently signed a 10-year strategic partnership with the China International Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. (CIECC) to bring its GTM platform to the Chinese market. The company also recently took part in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's "Operation Safe Commerce," during which the company's solution provided supply chain event monitoring for global shipments. Operation Safe Commerce is a test-bed for new security techniques that have the potential to increase the security of container shipments.

"This is an extremely exciting and important time to be helping global organizations optimize their trade processes by reducing risk, expenditures, inventory and working capital," said Graham R.F. Napier, CEO and president of TradeBeam. "Our demand-driven 21st century economy must rely on new technologies to ensure communication and collaboration among many different entities from disparate regions, and these new technologies, including software as a service, will bring efficiency and insight to global trade compliance and payments in an increasingly complex trade environment."

Napier is recognized for a long tenure and deep experience in supply chain and logistical management. Prior to joining TradeBeam, Napier was president and COO of the Fritz Companies, a $1.8 billion integrated logistics company that was sold to UPS for over $440 million in May of 2001.
