TradeCard Reports 65 Percent Revenue Growth in 2007

Demand for Extended Supply Chain Services and Global Smart Network Drives Significant New Customer Wins and Expansion Within Install Base for Fifth Consecutive Year of Major Growth

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 23, 2008) - TradeCard, Inc., the leading provider of extended supply chain solutions, today announced significant revenue growth for the fifth straight year in 2007. Total revenue grew by 65 percent and purchase order volume on the TradeCard Platform increased by 47 percent. Revenue growth was driven by demand for extended supply chain services, resulting in seven new customer deals and eight sales into TradeCard's existing customer base that enabled clients to expand automation and integration delivered by the TradeCard Platform further into sourcing, logistics and supply chain finance processes in the supply chain.

During 2007 $7.5 billion in purchase orders were entered into TradeCard, up from $5.3 billion in 2006. Significant new customers added to the TradeCard Platform in 2007 include Levi Strauss & Co. and Guess Jeans.

"In 2007, TradeCard continued on its path of rapid growth and service differentiation, which resulted in significant cash flow and profit generated through our installed base of customers," said Kurt Cavano, CEO of TradeCard, Inc. "We're settling more than half of a billion dollars in transactions per month on our platform and that number will continue to grow rapidly as companies that source recognize the benefits of automation and visibility in the extended supply chain. Our blend of technology, partnerships, and global support have created the world's only smart network to manage sourcing, logistics, and finance for 3,000 buyers, suppliers and service providers -- and our customer base verified its value this year."
