Company's Market-Leading ECOChill™ Suction Air Chilling Solution Promises to Increase Plant Production, and Revenues

JASPER, AB--(Marketwired - Oct 5, 2015) - AN-NA 2015 -- Everest Sciences Corporation, a leading provider of air cooling and handling solutions for the Chemical Production, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and other industries, announced today that TradeMark Nitrogen has selected the company's ECOChill™ solution to debottleneck their suction air compressor in their Nitric Acid plant in Tampa, Florida. This solution utilizes Everest Sciences third generation patented indirect evaporative solution, providing forty percent (40%) more capacity in the same modular footprint. The order is the fourth the company has received in the Chemical Production segment, all the previous units are running reliably and providing the production improvements as expected.

TradeMark Nitrogen Corp. is a wholesale manufacturer, seller and distributor of bulk commodities for industrial and agricultural customers throughout the U.S.A. As with other customers, TradeMark will achieve an increase in Nitric Acid production, and therefore revenue as a result of cooling the inlet air into their air machine. The suction air cooling process also provides ancillary benefits of moisture removal and improved air compressor efficiency.

When Ammonia and Nitric Acid plants are first built, their air compressors (air machines) are sized to meet the plants' expected production demands. However, as the facilities are improved with technology and operational enhancements, the capacity of the air compressors routinely become a significant production bottleneck, limiting production during warmer weather periods, requiring them to apply solutions such as the air machine inlet chilling, that Everest Sciences pioneered. The ECOChill solution increases the mass flow into the air compressor during hot, or even warm months of the year, when mass flow is reduced. For a chemical production facilities using air as a feedstock, this can mean significant increased production of Ammonia, Nitric Acid, Ammonium Nitrate and other products.
