Tradeshow Marketing Appoints Timothy McCarthy as Vice President of Franchise Development

PHOENIX, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 7, 2007 -- Sandström On TV, a Division of Tradeshow Marketing Company, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TSHO), is pleased to announce today its Board of Directors has appointed Timothy J. McCarthy as Vice President of Franchise Development.

Sandström is confident that Tim's strong track record in the franchise industry, coupled with his years of specialty retail experience, will provide them with the unique blend of skill sets required to implement their aggressive franchise expansion strategy. Tim has a true passion for the franchise industry that will enable them to build a system for franchisees designed to focus on profitability and growth from within.

CEO Bruce Kirk welcomed Mr. McCarthy to the Sandström team saying, "Tim's proven expertise in franchise development, specialty retail, training and sales will enable us to move forward decisively in our franchising efforts."

Mr. McCarthy comes to Sandström On TV, Inc. with experience working for several major brands over the past twenty years. He spent over seven years with two specialty retail chains (Natural Wonders and Nordic Track). During his tenure at Natural Wonders, he fast tracked through the organization, eventually holding every field sales management position from Assistant Store Manager to Mid-Western District Sales Manager. Tim's emphasis on unparalleled customer service earned him and his team many accolades. Tim was eventually recruited by Nordic Track to serve as their Mid-Western District Sales Manager that consisted of a territory that included 15 locations in seven states with a total 230 employees reporting to him.

In 1988, Tim partnered with the Area Developer for Northern and Central Arizona with the Mail Boxes Etc. Franchise Rights. During his time with Mail Boxes Etc., he was named Director of Franchise Development for the territory. Together with the Area Developer they oversaw the transition from Mail Boxes Etc. to the UPS store and achieved the coveted "Domestic Franchise Sales Champion" award from UPS in 2000. That success led Tim to a position as the Development Manager for an "up and coming" franchisor by the name of Cold Stone Creamery. During Tim's tenure with Cold Stone, his team awarded over 1800 franchises in just over 31/2 years. Tim awarded a record 286 franchises himself and was instrumental in developing Cold Stone's Transfer and Renewal Programs. Tim left Cold Stone in December of 2005 as Senior Development Manager to join Dermacare Laser and Skin Care Clinics as Director of Franchise Development before joining Sandström On TV in December of 2006.
