Trading Miracles for the Holidays

The Elearning! Media Group Is Joining With the Orphan Foundation in a Campaign to Help 100 Orphans Find Homes

OCEANSIDE, CA--(Marketwired - November 20, 2015) - Elearning! Media Group, publishers of Elearning! and Government Elearning! magazines, announced that it would support The Orphan Foundation in their GoFundMe fundraising campaign (https://www.gofundme.com/TOF2015). That campaign hopes to help 100 orphans find loving homes for the holidays. In exchange for that miracle for many children, the foundation is offering a possible miracle for the donors who contribute $10 or more. The gift is a very unusual one, and comes from Lourdes, France. It's a gift bottle of Lourdes water from the Grotto of Massabielle in the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, France.

The miraculous water from the spring is certified safe to drink, and comes directly from the spring at the grotto. Millions visit the Grotto every year and drink from the spring and bathe in the water. Many people experience miracles, including people from around the world who have also reported miracles.

The Orphan Foundation is a 501(c)3 foundation that provides grants to lower and middle-income families who are adopting children from orphanages and foster group homes -- especially children who are determined to have "special needs." Joe DiDonato, the president and co-founder said, "There are over 143,000,000 orphans in the world who have been left on the doorsteps of orphanages. Their only crime was to be born into the wrong circumstances."

The foundation provides its grants through many adoption agencies around the world. It's through that partnership that the nonprofit insures that the funds are used only for adoption purposes. A partial list of those agencies, as well as a plethora of facts about orphans is shown on the campaign's home page at https://www.gofundme.com/TOF2015.

The foundation reports that the cost of adopting is approximately $18,500 for a domestic adoption, and $25,000 to $40,000 for an international adoption. "This financial burden has created a huge barrier to solving the orphan crisis as the cost of adoption has skyrocketed out of the reach of most families," said Dr. Tatiana DiDonato, co-founder of The Orphan Foundation. Dr. DiDonato went on to say that she hopes adoption will be free someday, to any loving family who opens their hearts and homes to these wonderful children.

You can find more information on the foundation itself at www.TheOrphanFoundation.org. The foundation asks for donor support in this holiday mission, and in exchange, it hopes to help spread a few more miracles with its unique gift.
