Review of Activities and post balance sheet events
Following the liquidation of the Company's sole trading subsidiary in August 2010, the directors have
continued to explore all options available to the Company. The Board continues to take steps to
secure the Company's future and as a result, a circular to shareholders has been posted to
shareholders today.

The circular comprises a Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting, at which Resolutions would be

The Directors will continue discussions with interested parties with a view to providing strategic
options for the Company going forward.
