Trainer Communications Wins Coveted Bronze Anvil Award, Earning National Recognition From Public Relations Society of America

PLEASANTON, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 22, 2011) - Trainer Communications, a full-service public relations, integrated marketing, and social media agency serving the enterprise and consumer technology sectors, received a coveted 2011 Bronze Anvil Award from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) within the Media Relations Business-to-Business category for its launch of Nimble Storage. The category was judged on tactics, programs and events driven entirely by media relations for business to business.

"I am pleased to award Trainer Communications with the PRSA Bronze Anvil Award, which recognizes the best practices in public relations tactics," said PRSA Chair and CEO Rosanna M. Fiske, APR. "For organizations to fully engage and see the value of public relations counsel, tactical excellence is vital. The work of Trainer Communications is one of the year's best and sets a standard in the profession."

The Bronze Anvil Award was created by PRSA in 1969 to recognize outstanding public relations tactics -- the individual items or components that contribute to the success of an overall program or campaign. Entries are judged by teams of PRSA members -- and others who have specific category expertise -- across the country. Only one Bronze Anvil Award and up to two Bronze Anvil Awards of Commendation may be earned in each category or subcategory. No Bronze Anvil is awarded in those categories where the judges feel the entries do not rise to standards set forth for the award by PRSA.

"This award validates Trainer Communication's continued commitment to provide its clients with outstanding support for their PR and marketing initiatives," said Susan Thomas, CEO, Trainer Communications. "We are honored to be recognized by our peers for this distinguished award and grateful to have clients like Nimble Storage that allow us to partner with them to create extraordinary circumstances."
