On November 15, 2006, TransAKT acquired Taiwan Halee International, a leading Taiwanese telecommunications equipment designer, manufacturer and distributor and established brand name (HTT) in business since 1985. Revenues during the first nine months of 2007 were primarily from HTT. Revenues for the three- and nine-month periods of 2006, prior to the acquisition of HTT, are non-material.

As of September 30, 2007, total assets increased by 39% to CDN$8,954,739 compared to CDN$6,455,956 as of December 31, 2006. Shareholders' equity increased by 74% to CDN$2,572,240 as of September 30, 2007 compared to shareholders' equity of CDN$1,479,241 as of December 31, 2006.

James Wu, president of TransAKT, commented, "The first nine months of 2007 focused on leveraging our acquisition of HTT to drive internal sales growth, continue product innovation and establish new strategic distribution agreements, including adding Panasonic and Senao Telecom. In September, we introduced the first HTT-branded cell phone that runs completely using renewable solar energy. Along with our OEM partner Sanyo, we are also developing multi-line phones that are VoIP-ready and are integrated with advanced GPS and Wi-Fi functionality. We are very pleased our efforts have created a strong revenue and asset base in the first nine months of 2007."

"TransAKT has expanded not only throughout Taiwan, but is entering other rapidly growing economies. Spearheading our efforts is our newly appointed Vice President of Asia Operations, J.T. Wang, who previously spent 17 years as a regional manager for Panasonic. In 2007, HTT shipped its first orders to Vietnam and Malaysia. By 2008, we expect to bring HTT and other leading manufacturers' products to Mainland China, pending the close of our merger with Lang Sheng. We also have aligned with a Point-of-Purchase Systems (POS) OEM supplier to a major fast food restaurant chain in the U.S. This Global Approved Vendor has granted us the exclusive distribution rights to sell POSs to its approved stores throughout North America and Mexico. We anticipate this contract to add to revenues and earnings beginning in the second quarter of 2008.

"I am very optimistic that TransAKT is on target to post annual revenues of $10 Million at year-end 2007, and that we are nearing profitability. I anticipate 2008 will provide for even greater revenue growth, while improving bottom-line profits and enhancing shareholder value," concluded Wu.
