Transcepta Achieves Oracle Validated Integration With Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2

Transcepta Allows Vendor/Supplier Integration to Oracle E-Business Suite

ALISO VIEJO, CA--(Marketwired - January 19, 2015) - Transcepta, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of its Transcepta E-Invoicing and Supplier Onboarding Service, Version 4.1 with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 (Oracle Supplier Network, Oracle iSupplier Portal). Additionally, Transcepta is compatible with Oracle Database 11g, Oracle WebLogic Server 11g, Oracle WebCenter Content and Oracle WebCenter Imaging -- allowing multiple channels to receive invoice and other information from suppliers, and transmit corresponding trading documents like purchase orders to suppliers.

To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. Transcepta is a cloud service for supplier connectivity, interfacing invoices and many other trading documents to Oracle E-Business Suite via the Oracle Supplier Network. Invoices that flow from Transcepta come complete with a PDF or TIFF image in addition to the XML file. This enables applications like Oracle WebCenter Imaging to archive invoices and route non-purchase order invoices for approval.

Paulo Back, Oracle's Vice President of Applications Development, elaborates, "Transcepta has been a key contributor in supplier connectivity, helping to increase the value and usage of key Oracle E-Business Suite applications like Oracle iProcurement and Oracle iSupplier Portal."

"We are delighted to continue our relationship with Oracle," said Mitch Baxter, Transcepta VP of Business Development. "Renewing our Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 confirms our commitment to Oracle where customer satisfaction and usability are paramount."

"Achieving Oracle Validated Integration gives our customers confidence that the integration between the Transcepta E-Invoicing and Supplier Onboarding Service and Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 is functionally sound and performs as tested," said Kevin O'Brien, senior director, ISV and SaaS Strategy, Oracle. "For solutions deployed on-premise, in the cloud, or both, Oracle Validated Integration applies a rigorous technical review and test process that helps to reduce deployment risk and improves the user experience of the partner's integrated offering."

About Transcepta

Transcepta was founded in 2005 with the goal of making electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) for true accounts payable automation a reality, eliminating all paper invoices. Our belief is that the critical success factor for e-invoicing is supplier participation.

Transcepta is differentiated from other offerings by providing an attractive solution to your vendors or suppliers, and a managed service to recruit and implement those suppliers. Transcepta is the only e-invoicing solution that removes the long standing barriers, cost, time, and complexity, to supplier adoption. We also continue to innovate our applications by offering solutions like supply chain financing and dynamic discounting.

While offering robust functionality and flexible integration to your Accounts Payable department, Transcepta enables suppliers to submit invoices with their existing billing system and process. Suppliers do not pay setup or any other upfront fees and implementation takes only minutes of a supplier's time. IT support is not required for supplier implementation and invoice submission is automated (i.e. not manually typing invoices into a web portal).

Transcepta is located in Aliso Viejo, California. For more information, visit www.transcepta.com.
