TransGaming Announces Changes to Management Team

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 22, 2014) - TransGaming Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TNG) today announced that Mr. Vikas Gupta will be resigning his position as CEO & President of TransGaming effective January 2^nd, 2015, to pursue new opportunities. Mr. Gupta will remain on the Board of Directors and has been appointed to the role of Vice Chairman and has also been engaged by the company in a strategic advisory capacity to provide ongoing leadership to the company and its management and to ensure a smooth transition.

Dennis Ensing, currently the Company's CFO, has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer and has been appointed by the Board of Directors as Interim CEO, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations. The Board of Directors has formed a search committee and has initiated the recruitment effort for a permanent CEO.
