TransGaming Closes Sale of Its Cross-Platform Portability Technology to NVIDIA


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 16, 2015) - TransGaming Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TNG) announced today that it has closed the sale of its cross-platform portability technology to NVIDIA previously announced on June 11, 2015. The technology is part of the company's Graphics and Portability Group and includes Cider™, its core-enablement or translation and related technologies, along with associated customer relationships, but not SwiftShader. The transaction remains subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
