Transparency Remains Priority for Cooper Holding Corp

COTTAGE GROVE, TN--(Marketwire - Jul 12, 2011) - Cooper Holding Corp (PINKSHEETS: SHAR), a publicly traded company engaged in the wholesale and retail sale of a diverse line of outdoor products, announces that they will begin executing the plan to become fully reporting and move to the OTCBB.

In an effort to maintain total transparency to its shareholders, the Board of Directors has made the decision to proceed with becoming fully reporting and move up to the OTC Bulletin Board. Counsel for the Company said the process would take several months however; the Company has already begun the process and is anxious to see its completion.
