Transworld Business Advisors of Utah Adds Two New Brokers

Business Advisory Firm Specializing in M&A Grows With Two New Staff to Reflect Utah's Booming Economy

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Jul 21, 2015) - Transworld Business Advisors of Utah, a growing state-wide business advisory company, announces today that Travis Bradfield and Aimee Christiansen have joined the company as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) brokers. Their addition to the Transworld team reflects the state's strong economy which people are tapping into through acquisitions.

They join Transworld as recent media rankings showcase Utah as a premier place for business. Last month CNBC named Utah one of the top five states to do business, with the nation's best year-over-year job growth as well top honors in the economy category. Business Insider Magazine recently listed Utah as a top ten state for earning a living.

"Utah's economic climate is driving M&A activities in the state, drawing buyers both locally and from abroad," said Saul Komisar, president of Transworld Business Advisors of Utah. "We see this trend continuing for the foreseeable future and Amy and Travis's experience and expertise make them incredible assets to business owners as they support our clients in this incredible market."

Bradfield will work with businesses throughout Utah, with a focus on the Salt Lake and Provo areas. Christiansen will focus on buyer representation, including foreign acquirers utilizing E-2 investor visas.

Christiansen has over 15 years of business experience in a wide variety of disciplines. She specializes in retail as well as multi-unit franchising. Aimee's fluency in multiple languages is an asset in working with international buyers and sellers requiring E-2 investor visas. Prior to joining Transworld, she served as head of corporate training for MAC's Nordic division.

Bradfield has experience creating and managing companies in the financial sector. Most recently, Travis was instrumental in the launch of Bloom, a lending company designed to foster commercial growth in the Greater Boston Area, where he assembled a team of leading bankers, statisticians and thought leaders to develop an alternative method of lending and credit risk assessment for early stage businesses. He graduated from Harvard University with a concentration in Economics.
