Tranzcom Announces National Distribution Agreements
and Record Sales

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 15, 2005) - Tranzcom
China Security Networks Inc., (TSX VENTURE:TSN) (the "Company" or
"Tranzcom") is pleased to report that the Company has signed two
national distribution agreements. Zhongjiatianwei Science and Technology
Development Co. Ltd. and Beijing East Iris Industrial Technology Co.
Ltd. have been authorized to distribute Tranzcom manufactured products
throughout China.

The Company's most recent subsidiary, Beijing Tranzcom Technology Co.
("BTT") has advised that it finalized 42 sales contracts in January and
February 2005. BTT reports sales of 6,959,550 RMB (approximately
CDN$1,015,000), for the month of January, 2005.

Tranzcom's Network Security Service Provider, Beijing Huaxun Datacom Co.
Ltd., reported its third consecutive record breaking month for new
customers, with 195 new monitoring customers added in the month of
January, 2005.

Dr. Ken Cai, Chairman and CEO comments: "Our strong results are a sign
of the maturing Chinese security industry and our aggressive branding
and sales efforts. We anticipate the growth curve to accelerate as we
continue to develop the Tranzcom brand through organic customer growth
and our technology distribution agreements."
