PITT MEADOWS, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 20, 2006) - Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc. (TSX:TZT)

Michelangelo Technology (Mauritius) with an operation in South Africa and expanding into Botswana and Uganda in 2007, has been named authorized distributor of Tranzeo's fixed wireless broadband solutions. With the demand for broadband wireless growing in different markets segments, Tranzeo is looking to form strategic alliances with distributors that have expertise in these different markets. Diversifying into a broad range of markets and having our equipment available to many different types of users is an integral part of our marketing plan going forward.

Tranzeo is breaking the barrier often referred to as the "last mile". In these areas, wireless connectivity can provide low-risk, cost-effective alternate solutions to traditional DSL, cable modems, and fiber optic cable connection.

"Africa is a hot bed of opportunity for deploying wireless technology at this point in time," said Tony Kot, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing. "The main reason for this is they have very little copper infrastructure currently in place for communications so the fastest and most affordable way to create vital communication infrastructure is through wireless technologies. Michelangelo brings to the table vast knowledge and expertise in the African wireless market place which will make them a strong addition to the Tranzeo team."

"Tranzeo has brought cost effective wireless communication systems to the marketplace incorporating the Quality of Service features required for data, voice and video. During our recent visit to the factory outside Vancouver I was impressed by the facility and the professional approach by the Tranzeo team," said Andre Nel, CEO of Michelangelo Technology. "We are pleased to bring state-of-the-art wireless solutions to our African customers supported by the industry leading 2-year warranty from Tranzeo."
