New Program Empowers Fans to Sell Their Favorite Band's Music; Major Artists Are Taking Control of Their Industry Status Through Raw Interaction With Fans

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - July 12, 2007) - The multi-platinum band Trapt's highly anticipated new single, "Stay Alive," will release exclusively through BlastMyMusic on Saturday, July 14th, 2007. The single will be sold via the MusicBlaster™, which enables customers to purchase the single through the band's website and social network profiles, allowing more interaction with their audience. Fans can also go directly to BlastMyMusic.com to purchase the single. At 320kbps, the single's audio quality will be significantly higher than any other retail outlet in the industry.

Fans of Trapt are invited to participate through BlastMyMusic's new Customer Affiliate program. Once a fan has a created an account, they can choose their band's favorite songs to sell on their own MusicBlaster. In minutes they will earn 5% commission from every song sold from their websites and social network profiles.
