Travana Networks Inc Announces Incorporation of Canadian Subsidiary

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - January 24, 2008) - Travana Networks Inc (PINKSHEETS: MRDV) today announced the incorporation of Travana Networks (Canada) Inc. Travana is the majority owner of the Nova Scotia subsidiary.

Travana previously acquired the assets of CableTec Business Network Solutions Ltd. Travana is in the process of migrating CableTec's assets into Travana Canada. Travana Canada plans to grow and establish a National presence as a provider of hosted IP Network solutions including Voice, Data and Video.
