Travana Networks Incorporated Closes on Acquisition of CableTec Business Network Solutions Ltd.

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - September 12, 2007) - Charles R. Shirley, CEO of Travana Networks Incorporated (PINKSHEETS: MRDV), is pleased to announce the closing of the acquisition of 100% of the common stock shares of CableTec Business Network Solutions Ltd. (CableTec BNS) of Bedford, Nova Scotia.

Charles Shirley, CEO of Travana, has commented on the news: "We are very pleased with the acquisition of CableTec BNS. This acquisition sets the stage for future acquisitions in the growing business network services market and for growth through consolidation of established service providers in Canada and the United States.
