Travelliance and Nationwide Hospitality, Inc. Combine Operations Under Travelliance Name

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwire - May 16, 2012) - Travelliance (formerly LJK Companies, Inc.) www.travellianceinc.com, a full-service lodging and transportation management company specializing in crew and employee travel management, recently merged with Nationwide Hospitality (NHI, Inc.) www.nationwidehospitality.com, a full-service hotel lodging solution provider specializing in airline corporate and leisure travel and airline distressed passenger accommodations, to become the largest global full-service crew and employee travel management company in the airline industry, announces their intent to market their joint venture under the Travelliance name.

This is one of several phases of a Travelliance transformational repositioning campaign that brings together top experts in crew, employee, and distressed passenger travel services with the best technologies and the best business practices in the industry. Unifying the combined buying power and diversification of services better positions our organization to increase market value to our respective clients including sourcing, transportation, financial management, auditing, custom analytics; and corporate and leisure travel. Clients in industries such as the airlines, rail, retail, corporate, sports and government will benefit from the investment in new technology, enhanced services and increased savings in all areas of travel including crew, employee, and distressed passenger accommodations.

Combined, Travelliance represents over 70 airlines and over 5 million room nights. With offices and onsite locations in over 20 cities around the world, Travelliance is positioned to aggressively grow their operations and better represent their clients both domestically and internationally.

"The strategic alliance formed earlier in the year with Travelliance was so successful, it makes sense to combine our marketing presence into one name," says Ted Scislowski, Nationwide Hospitality President. "This allows both of our teams to continue to deliver the same great service while streamlining our marketing efforts and increasing our exposure in the airline industry."

"Travelliance clients will continue to benefit from our ongoing commitment to service excellence and technology leadership in the industry," says Lisa Wing, Travelliance CEO. "Over the last few months our partnership has evolved and helped us see even greater synergies between our two organizations, making the decision to combine our organizations just one more way Travelliance offers clients all the right connections."
