SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Feb 4, 2015) - Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced that Trigger Reital has been promoted to the position of market leader for the Salt Lake City, Utah, office. In this new position, Reital will be responsible for growing Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce's market share across all services for both investors and occupiers in Utah.
As market leader, Reital will direct business development, recruiting, key client relationships and support all business lines. Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce's service offering includes brokerage, leasing, capital markets, property and facility management, project management and lease administration.

Prior to this position, Reital specialized in the tenant representation of lease renewals, lease restructuring, office facility relocation, laboratory and research & development, office property sales and build-to-suits as well as workplace strategies for tenants. With 13 years of commercial real estate experience, Reital has completed over 800 real estate transactions. He also spent 10 years with Colliers International's Walnut Creek office, California.
Reital received recognition for "Office Lease" of the year in 2006 from the East Bay Business Times. He has also been named as CoStar Power Broker of the Year from 2004 to 2012.
